I saw someone post this picture in r.s.s. Apparently, the guy was upset that he wasn't let in a pool in Czechoslovakia where he was visiting (he's from the U.S.) Have you seen these kind of signs elsewhere? Not that I'm against them, I'm perfectly fine wearing the "approved" attire. img240.exs.cx/.../261zo.jpg

I am so going to get fired from my job since I am spending far too much time here ... First of all Beth, but I am right! ;) Moose, you think it has to do more with that than with oil? Come on! It's all about our precious natural resources ... oh wait, just about the fossil fuels (the rest of the natural resources don't matter) ... Seriously though, I think it has far more to do with the oil than the lives involved. I don't agree with that at all, but I think that is the Washington mentality. Bush was looking to go after Sadam. The grounds he went after him on are pathetic at best. As it turns out there were no WMDs in Iraq ... Sadam had gone out of his way to distance himself from Al Queda. Not only would they have needed the technology to build the bomb, but the technology to get it over here. Israel perhaps, here no. There are VERY, VERY FEW countries with both of those types of technology. I really don't believe that any other country would dare try to use an abomb on the US - why because the retaliation would be too severe. The vast majority of Americans (CNN/Gallop poll) believe Sadam had AlQaeda connections, so NOT true. Anyway ... the US should take a siesta in the middle of the day, it's an absolutely brillant idea! Nap, eat, chill ... ah ... beautiful!
