I just got my new Swimming World and it said that FINA was looking at allowing a dolphin kick in the breaststroke pullout. Does anyone know the status of this?

Do you think the backstroke turn rule is a good and/or fair one? Should it be eliminated? Should it be reworded? If nationalities can't even agree on its interpretation, doesn't that tell FINA something!
