I just got my new Swimming World and it said that FINA was looking at allowing a dolphin kick in the breaststroke pullout. Does anyone know the status of this?

It is easy to be dq'd in breaststroke I swam a 200 medley and came off my turn and took two strokes of front crawl. Opps I forgot to do breaststroke, after two strokes of crawl I started to swim ***. Those darn judges dq'd me even though I came first. Kurt Pluntke came up to me after me being dq'd and said "I finally beat you HA HA".
Come on guys lighten up.
