Fina Rules

I just got my new Swimming World and it said that FINA was looking at allowing a dolphin kick in the breaststroke pullout. Does anyone know the status of this?

If I had read all of this thread , I would have only one entry, sorry. In European judges & American judges supposedly interpret the back turn rule differently. The problem is the meaning of the word "continuos." With a European judge, Piersol did break the rule. The DQ was going to be let to stand. The reason it was overturned wasn't because it was incorrect but becasue it was submitted in Spanish. DQ's must be submitted in English. If the DQ had been submitted in English, Piersol woudl not have won. Some might argue that this is knit-picking. I don't know.
