I just got my new Swimming World and it said that FINA was looking at allowing a dolphin kick in the breaststroke pullout. Does anyone know the status of this?

No matter, no one can change the results of the past. I could rant and rave about the way I was cheated in the 1956 Olympics but it won't make the results change.
