Example time card online?/Using Hy-Tek for small masters meets

Does anyone know where one could find a sample time card that is viewable online? Either a scan of a time card or a pdf file or Word file or anything? I've filled out so many I should be able to remember all the various boxes, but I can't.

Are you sure using Meet Manager is completely out of the question? I've used that software myself, and a not particularly up to date version at that. It had settings for Masters meets, and gave you the option of seeding by age group, or by time with all the age groups tossed together. If you have even minimal experience with using databases, setting up those options is duck soup.
The real IT challenge is the interface between the touch pads, timing system and the computer. THAT I have never done, and I have the utmost respect for whatever computer guru you have than can manage that. Having said all that, I am somewhat at a loss to see how someone who could manage that part of it, would be unable to figure out the other options in Meet Manager. If your problem is that you have a DOS 1.ridiculous, bear-skins-and-stone-knives version of Meet Manager, it may be time to upgrade. It is not that expensive.
