I have been swimming for a while now and there is one thing I can never explain - I will always swim better towards the evening than in the first half of the day.It always feels a lot better swimming in the evening, too.I think I am also faster in the evening. Can anybody explain why that happens?
I find just the opposite to be true, I swim far better in the morning. For years I swam in the evenings, after working all day. Between driving to work, working, and driving to workout, I didn't have nearly as much energy in me for workouts.
Now I go to swim at the 6am workout, and am usually nice and fresh from the get go. It also makes me feel much more awake and vibrant when I get to the office afterwards.
I think I remeber this thread coming up a ways back (like 2 years ago) and the resolution was different people have different times for better performance. Anyone remember?
