Good news is that I continue to make progress in my swimming but the bad news is I have a sinus infection and bronchitis. My doctor reviewed my file and looked at today's blood pressure and said "I took your BP the last time you were here (December 04) and it was 150 over 90. Today it's great! 120 over 74! I hate to tell you to not swim but you need to stay out of the water until the cough clears up."
120 over 74! I have not had that kind of numbers for about 40 lbs! I was delighted!
What a difference it makes! Just had to share.

Thats a good bp for sure! Good For you to share that and it was the swimming that did it.great!
