I'm glad you tremendously enjoy my swim blog, I keep posting to it because of the encouragement, friendship and comments it gets,
when I'm training I attempt to do something blog worthy in each practice.

Yes, it was me who originally thought this, but I was never a hater. I have to admit that I have changed my mind totally and enjoy your blog tremendously. It is very good and I have actually stolen some workout ideas from it. In that regard, I recant.
