...No loafing around on backstroke....
What's wrong with this? It gives you a chance to: 1) catch your breath after not breathing much on the fly and 2) mentally prepare for the breaststroke which will be miserably slow now matter how hard you work it. Swimming IM is kind of like :frustrated: .
