i haven't swum the 200 IM since 2005 but I imagine I can still go under 2:00 for scy, one morning in practice this season I pushed off a 2:06 200 IM

Pretty safe bet you could eclipse the 2:00 mark with a 2:06 practice push-off. If I were in your shoes I'ld throw one in at a meet if the 200 IM was after your targeted swim, just to see.
Oh, and I'm grateful I'll be out of the 45-49 when you age up with an IM like that!
