i haven't swum the 200 IM since 2005 but I imagine I can still go under 2:00 for scy, one morning in practice this season I pushed off a 2:06 200 IM
it's all about how smart I split the fly and back and
how fast my *** and free splits are.
I think I'm faster now than I was in 2005
I might start focusing on it again for when I turn 45
for grins, one year, I might train for the 50, 100, & 200 ***
