  • thank you, 2:00.85 is not my life time PR, it's just my PR for this season. I think my PR as a master is 1:59 something from 1995 My 200 IM PR is 1:51.4 from 1986. In late 1990 - early 1992 I was in very strong and fast but never swam the 200 IM, I imagine I could have popped a good 200 IM then. I was 20.5 in the 50 y free, 23.6 in the 50 LCM Fr and 25.6 in the 50 LCM FL now that I'm in my 40's I wipe the slate clean each season. Though I am convinced I can continue to improve my current times for a few years, maybe into my early 50's if I continue to train hard. Though I think I'm going to change my focus event each season. right now it's the 200 IM. I'm considering focusing on the 500 next short course season. ande Originally posted by Matthias hey ande, great race although you didn't reach your goal. I'm sure you'll get down 2:00 next time. beating your personal is priceless, so make sure you do your best or even better ;) good luck
