be sure you cheer for the 41 year old guy racing all the whipper snappers
here's where you can look at the psyche sheet

here's where you can follow the results:

here's how the race went
I got 48th out of 59 swimmers
I went 2:00.85 in the 200 IM
my splits were
48 Rasmussen, Anders 41 Longhorn 2:00.85
11.37 14.03 25.40
15.17 14.53 29.70 55.10
17.81 18.25 36.06 1:31.16
15.31 14.38 29.69 2:00.85
I dolphin kicked pretty hard off the walls on the back leg
then had little left for the breastroke and even less for the free
but that's my best time for the season
If I'd gotten another chance to swim it
I think I would have gone faster
next time I'm going to try
taking it really easy on the fly and back and save my legs for
the *** and free maybe I'll get under 2:00 this season
