be sure you cheer for the 41 year old guy racing all the whipper snappers
here's where you can look at the psyche sheet

hey there,
I sometimes enter USS meets out of convenience
If they are in austin I don't have to travel real far
It's fun to race kids half my age or more
a few weeks ago I went 2:01.8 in the 200 IM
25 minutes before that I swam a 4:58 500 free
here's the splits
25.6 31.8 35.4 28.9
effort wise I took the race out really easy, and
tried to finish strong
I'm going to be much more aggressive this next week.
try to knock a second off the fly and
two seconds off the back
plus I'm going to taper till the race arrives
so we'll see how it goes
I feel pretty certain I'll be under 2:00 and
beat my 200 IM time from 1995

Good luck. I want to swim at USS meets but I rather do it when I can get decent times. I don't want to USS meet when I would do a 2:18 in the 200 Yard IM. When I get my 200 IM and 200 fly under 2:10, then I will look into doing USS meets. Have fun at the meet and do the best that you can do.
