I am working out in a pool that does not have blocks, so obviously I time myslef from a push start. My question is:what should I expect my times to be if I start from blocks vs. push off the wall, what is the time difference between the two?
Depends if you're going from a coaches "GO" or from a roll,
but either way it's about a second difference for me.
by the way the difference between
a roll off the block ie "start the clock when my feet leave"
versus
starting off a gun or beep is about .8 of a second
