It's time for me to get some fins. One brand recommended to me is the Fitness Fin found on the neofin.com website.
I'm also considering the Tyr split fin.
I've also seen mentioned here the Zoomers and Kiefer fins (although looking at the Kiefer website I see quite a selection of styles so I'm not sure which is for what!)

I agree with my name-twin; zoomers are incredibly good, as far as working goes. There are typically two types: blue and red. The biggest difference is, the blue are straight, and more flexible. The red have a slight slant, and are more rigid. In personal experience, the red ones are a b-with-an-itch, but both are effective training.
