Now as I have enough experience with good and bad swimming days, I realized I can pretty much predict if my work-out is going to be easy and smooth or it is going to feel like swimming through jelly.It is really weird but I can just picture myself swimming before I hit the pool and my mind kinda tells me:"Yeah, it is smooth, it feels nice, good form" or "Man, you will suck today, you will move like a log".Amazingly, it gets proved in the pool - I swim just like my body felt I was going to swim ...Have you guys ever experienced that?

Today, I was unable to do my planned workout becasue I was having asthma problems. I adjusted it and did some. I didn't do my normal length but worked on technique and stroke count. It was still a bad workout. It took me almost 1 1/2 hrs. to do 2600 yds. Wheezing all the way.
