Hello all.
I was curious to find out what some people reccommend for meet snacks. I usually don't pack much (the standard Gatorade and bagel), but if there is something that you use that helps you in the water, I'd like to try it. Especially when you are waiting through the 1000 and 500 frees to finish up during the meet... you just feel all creaky when you get up to go to your next event.

I like to munch on "gorp" = raisins, peanuts and m&ms mixed together. Cliff bars are good too. If I feel shaky and don't feel like eating or don't have time between events, I use the Power Gels. I think the most important thing to do at meets is staying hydrated! I use POS 3 by Advocare.
