Hello all.
I was curious to find out what some people reccommend for meet snacks. I usually don't pack much (the standard Gatorade and bagel), but if there is something that you use that helps you in the water, I'd like to try it. Especially when you are waiting through the 1000 and 500 frees to finish up during the meet... you just feel all creaky when you get up to go to your next event.

kae- i agree with luna bars! i totally dig them. there's quite a few different flavors and they seem to be getting easier to find.
i also like some of the powerbar harvest bars- they're more like a granola bar than the sticky gooey original powerbars. clif bars are good too. energy bars are about all i pack for meets other than a few bottles of gatorade. i try not to eat too much during meets; too much food makes me feel like i'm going to sink during my races...
