Hello all.
I was curious to find out what some people reccommend for meet snacks. I usually don't pack much (the standard Gatorade and bagel), but if there is something that you use that helps you in the water, I'd like to try it. Especially when you are waiting through the 1000 and 500 frees to finish up during the meet... you just feel all creaky when you get up to go to your next event.
