I just started swimming a month and a half ago and all I do is freestyle for now.Well, I would love to throw in other strokes, but I do not know them yet.I want to try breaststroke next. Can anyone explain the general rules of the event, proper technique step by step, how to breathe, where to look, how to locate your hands when pulling, etc.I am in the darkest dark about the stroke, lol, and would like to start working on it with the proper technique.
Thanks,
Sorry if I ask too much right away, I understand there are a lot of details there.

I recommend my article Curring Breaststroke Problems at my web site www.breaststroke.info/Breaststrokeproblems.htm
I explain the secrets to breaststroke is looking down, and doing a quick pull, and then kick and glide with your head down and preferrably underwater, like Amanda Beard in the Olympics. If you can download PowerPoint, my American Swim Coaches presentation shows lots of secrets.
