But rules is rules. Gary knew them and decided to go his own way. He’s a big boy and should be willing to abide by any consequences of his actions. And to paraphrase Dennis Rodman “I understand the rules, just tell me who to make the check out to when I bust’em”
And who knows, maybe his outfit gave him the edge he needed to repeat as the world’s fastest Olympic swimmers. A truly amazing feat!
