OK,not at the same time but how much do you drink each week/day and how does it affect your swimming/times.I have recently cut down from moderate amounts each day to only moderate amounts at the weekend and also managed to cut my 1500m swim by 1 minute!!!!!

I've found putting a couple of good beers away the night before a meet to really help out. Well it helped at the World's anyway. :D
