I keep getting headaches

you guys, this is getting old. everytime I come out of the water my head hurts and I don't feel so good. what's the deal? I need to get this straightened out! Any advice is much appreciated! jerrycat

Hold your breath for about 10 seconds (or more.) Hope it works out for you as well as it did for me.
