I beg someone to please help me find the book 7 Minute Rotator Cuff Solution. I would give my left shoulder for a copy. I've looked everywhere.

Thanks for the reply Gil. I had been looking all over online and the chea.pest copy I could find was for $148. I was hoping to get it for a little less than that. It was only $20 when it was first printed(1990). Since it is out of print, I guess that is just a lesson in supply and demand. I dislocated my shoulder in a meet a couple of weeks ago, and I heard people swear by this book.
