Goals for 2004
1) Swim three times a week
2) Do more yoga and pilates to strengthen shoulder and keep my swimming pain free
3) Help motivate other swimmers... and not *** too much in the pool.
4) Increase membership for Utah Masters
5) Loss about 10-15 pounds by December
6) Play the old course at St. Andrews in September while I am in Scottland...(can't wait)
