Go to LC Nationals, place in the top 10 of my events. Possibly do an open water swim.
Oh, and another goal is to do every event on the check-Off Challenge. So far, so good!
Hi
This is my first post. I'm from Brazil, 39 yeras old, learned to swinmming as a kid, and returned to the pool 4 years ago after a long time.
My goal this year (in fact my goal to june/2005) is to drop 2 seconds of my time in the 50m freestyle. Today i'm doing 29:70 seconds on the 50m (short pool).
Best regards from Brazil.
My goals are to improve all my times (not very ambitious considering how slow I currently am!) and to swim a 200m butterfly - maintaining good form all the way to the end.

Good goals, especially the second one!! Good luck with it.
My goal is to keep my shoulder healthy by doing my rotator cuff exercises, be consistent with my workouts this summer and do all PR's at Nationals in Savannah,GA!
Venus, I agree with swmr. Good luck with the shoulder. I just finished rehab on my shoulder tendonitis. I changed my strokes to help take the pressure off my shoulder and it has made me go faster! I can't wait to swim in a meet with my new freestyle.
So best of luck. You can do it!
