How many days do you practice a week

I practice usually 4 days a week. That seems to give me a nice period for recovery.

    I usually do 5 to 6, but will take an extra day off if my body needs the rest, and only do 4 days. This happens to be a 4 day week. I have add some additional sprinting and killer kick sets, which has made me a bit more fatigued than normal so I am only doing 4 this week. I try to let my body tell me how hard to push it. My daughter has been bringing home a different bug every month this winter so I haven't wanted to let my body get to over worked. Hook'em Blue
