Does anybody else out there have frequent dreams (when asleep) about swimming? ....I seem to be forever dreaming I'm swimming in some way. Is it that swimmers often dream of swimming, as say a cyclist dreams about cycling confused:

The other night I had a dream that I was at an indoor meet that was taking place in a very small pool. It was very crowded; and there was only one event - the 1,650 (funny thing is that I was preparing to swim the actual event in a few days!). Anyway, instead of the heats being slow to fast, they were fast to slow. One guy in particular was so fast, that he had the first heat to himself. After his swim (oh yeah - people were warming up in the same pool but in different lanes even while this guy was competing), he got out and started to look at his time and splits on a tiny monitor screen that looked something like a digital alarm clock. I asked him why he was being so secretive about it, and his reply was, "I don't want anyone to know what my time is because the swimming federation is very intolerant of gays, and because there is so much discrimination and gay bashing, everyone has to keep their swim time a secret."
