I'm pretty sure that IM order is fly, back, ***, free, but it's been so long since I've paid attention I'm not positive that's correct. Why does it seem that a lot of workouts have sets with reverse IM order? I mean does practicing in reverse order make you stronger or have more endurance?

I've heard a lot of people call it "Butter-Back-***-free"
And couldn't remember the right order till I figured out... "Chicken Sandwich!"
Butter on the Back of the bread, chicken ***, and you're free to have Lunch. I know ... it's strange.
