I don't know if its my least favorite stroke but its the stroke I'm the worst at, Backstroke. Anyone elses least favorite stroke or the worst stroke.

Breaststroke is absolutely my least favorite. Besides being slow, my kick is asymmetrical and illegal, I'm sure. Fly, though exhausting for me, may be my favorite.
One tip that helped me with fly technique - if you can see your hands enter the water, it's too late. Your head should already be leading into the next stroke. When you see photographs of great flyers, the full view of their face includes their hands still at or behind their shoulders.
