Today I did something that I haven't done in over a decade... swam 5 x 100 on 1:40, out on 2:00 I've been telling everybody! also, started using the red speedo paddles--man has that made a really big difference in strength and speed. I'm whipping out 200's and 400's like nobody's business. Share the love! jerrycat
