swam 5 x 100 on 1:40, out on 2:00
I've been telling everybody!
also, started using the red speedo paddles--man has that made a really big difference in strength and speed. I'm whipping out 200's and 400's like nobody's business.

Congratulations! It's always a great feeling to accomplish something in a workout you've never done before, or at least haven't done for a long time.
Now I want you to work on the same set--but swim it fly!:D
