I did ladder set 25 to 200 then 200 to 25metres about 1800 metres i think it totals up to..the pool was awash with not only HEADUP BREASTROKERS!!!! but also HEADUP FREESTYLERS...????WHAT????i was lucky to do the distance i did...i think these were the annual new years resolutioners that tend to fade away soon(thanks be to god most high)anyone else get a swim in???

Couldn't swim today because the pool is closed due to a two-day swim meet. Bummer - Ihate when that happens on the weekend!
