I did ladder set 25 to 200 then 200 to 25metres about 1800 metres i think it totals up to..the pool was awash with not only HEADUP BREASTROKERS!!!! but also HEADUP FREESTYLERS...????WHAT????i was lucky to do the distance i did...i think these were the annual new years resolutioners that tend to fade away soon(thanks be to god most high)anyone else get a swim in???

got my sat swim in on sat did 2500 in 56..2000breast..500free non stop..
not been swimming since but aiming to go tommorrow ,after work..
