I did ladder set 25 to 200 then 200 to 25metres about 1800 metres i think it totals up to..the pool was awash with not only HEADUP BREASTROKERS!!!! but also HEADUP FREESTYLERS...????WHAT????i was lucky to do the distance i did...i think these were the annual new years resolutioners that tend to fade away soon(thanks be to god most high)anyone else get a swim in???

Yes, happiness is a Y where the pool heater is having problems. My Y is usually way too warm, but lately we've been having the opposite problem due to heater difficulties. Today was 78, and it felt great. However, last Friday the water was 76 and with the air being in the 40s I couldn't face early morning practice but went to the workout room instead. Today, however, 78 in the water with the sun out was wonderful.
