I would like to know what type of music you all listen to before your workouts? I know there has been a discussion on here about what music you listen to in your head, but I would like to know what you listen to before your workout? Classical, country, rap, head banging, pop, hip-hop/rap, jazz etc.? Can anyone suggest any good music?

I can't relate. I sleep like a rock. My wife ends up dealing with all of the middle of the night kid problems.:D
