now this is just an idea.Do you think being ambitious helps not just in swimming but in life. The reason i ask is that every time i get ambitious in the water i tend to either flop or pull something? on the other deck of cards ...when im just enjoying my swim i tend to swim much faster.....????is this coincidence???

  • Connie, you are so funny! Your posts make me smile! Sparx, I think you have to step back and think of using your ambition for long-term goals! Don't try too hard too soon. Set some reachable long-term goals. Then take those long-term goals and divide them into a fewer short term goals that can mark your progress! I used to overdo it all the time til I learned this lesson! GOOD LUCK!
