GREAT! I would love to dare to do that - ring in sick. Because of the times I work at an airline I miss so much training with the squad and have to make it up in public sessions. I really am thinking of changing jobs just so I can train more but is that going OTT?

This has brought up a really interesting point.I recently started a new job that I have to leave home for at 5.30am.So there goes my early morning session. But,it means that I can get back in time for a session in the afternoon before all the lane hoggers get there at 7pm.I'm more relaxed with my swimming as well,so I get to do better times.:)

My work schedule allows me to get to the pool at about noon for most of my workouts. But if for some reason I am there early (6:00 am) or late (5:00 pm) my times and stamina are not as good. I have always wondered if noon is my naturally best time or if I have trained my body to be at its best then?
