I've haven't been swimming competively for about 2 years, but now I am getting back into it, I am in better shape now than when I was 12, I play football and baseball. Swimming season starts in the end of october, what are some drills I can do to get faster? I can't get to the pool very often becayse I have school from 7:50am to 2:37pm and football from 3:45-7:00pm, and football on saturdays 8:00am-9:00am, so they only day I can swim is sunday, so I need some out of water drills, any help is greatly apreaciated, Thanks

hey thanks, but my 50 free time is just about 30 seconds, and state qualifying time is 22.50 or something close to that, is it possible to get unnder 22 seconds THIS swimming season?
