As an age group swimmer (15 years ago) I hated using paddles. After they came off I hated the feeling of less power. So I never use them now that I coach myself. But I think I am ready to try them again to gain strength. Does anyone have a particular brand/type that works well, or ones to stay away from.
Also any good pull sets to add to my workout?

I am using paddles from the Victor (www.thevictor.com) they are making your hands larger by adding size to the side of the hand, rather than the end of your fingers. It was noted that it is less stress on your shoulders, and I must say, I have had no shoulder issues yet. I have used speedo and other paddles before, even the webbed gloves, but they do not feel as good.
