I need a paddle help

As an age group swimmer (15 years ago) I hated using paddles. After they came off I hated the feeling of less power. So I never use them now that I coach myself. But I think I am ready to try them again to gain strength. Does anyone have a particular brand/type that works well, or ones to stay away from. Also any good pull sets to add to my workout? Thanks
