Hi, I'm new and have a few questions. I'm a little older now and have wondered about masters swimming. Even though my SN says NYCButterfly, I'm from Indiana and my strength is in sprints, Freestyle. NYCB is a sn name from one of my book series for teenage girls who swim.
Anyway, my questions:
How do you get started if you want to see what you can do in competition? Do you have to qualify for nationals?

Thanks for the info. I would be interested in swimming on weekends there if possible. I'm about 40 minutes from you in the Yorktown area.
