Vote to add swimming

hey frank, I've been carrying my Poll Tax receipt which I had payed for in Texas back in 1959, but never got the chance to use since I moved from Houston to Indiana in February of that year. At last I guess that I am entitled to vote for something I believe in, even if it is from out of state. Besides I've got three granddaughters, any of whom could end up at Oregon. I'd hate to have to think that but for lack of one vote that I failed to cast when I had the opportunity and the invitation, the young women attending the University of Oregon would not have the privilege of varsity swimming. They come from all over the world as well as from other states.
