Does anyone have some good advice for dealing with subacromial bursitis?
I have recently been diagnosed - based on an ultrasound and discussion with my very good sports medicine doc - and am trying to set up a plan to get over this problem.

Happy it was helpful! Incorporating more kicking into the workout is a great idea - especially to make sure that you are not putting too much pressure on the other arm/shoulder as you wait for this one to heal.
