I am new to this forum and new to USMS.......I have been away from swimming for over 20 years and am going to jump back in next week. My question - are there any good hair products to keep us blondes from turning green? Or should I just resort to wearing a cap?

The Speedo Flower Cap would be good for extra drag for sure!
Or to lighten up the "too serious" swim coach! This is a old thread that was revieved.. For some new tips for swim team hair care see this page attached to the main one
