You know you are a swimmer when ...

Just thought I would start a thread which didn't have deep philosophical overtones so that we all can have fun with the new forum software. Based upon personal experience, I will start a list of “You know you are a swimmer when …” with the following: You know you are a swimmer when you leave work in the rain and you can smell the chlorine coming off of your hair. Anyone care to add to the list?

you know when ur a swimmer when... -people ask you for your IM, and you ask, "wait, 200 or 400?" -you own about 7 swim suits, none of which are 2 pieces, half of which are ripped or tied together and one costs over $100 (and its not prada) -Whenever you smell chlorine, your adrenaline peaks -When your nonswimming friends hold diving contests, you instinctively shallow dive -One of your favorite pasttimes is kicking kids out of the pool when practice starts -you eat tons but hardly gain any weight -one second seems like a lifetime
