When you finish do you keep your stroke the same and short stroke into the wall, or do you adjust and try to finish extended? What is faster?
For turns I think the answer is to adjust going in to set up a better turn, but for finishes, not so sure.

Ok, all kidding aside. I have seen elite swimmers just short stroke the finish rather than adjust the last three strokes. Wondering what's fastest.
I guess what's fastest is not having to adjust and still finishing in an extended position!
