When you finish do you keep your stroke the same and short stroke into the wall, or do you adjust and try to finish extended? What is faster?
For turns I think the answer is to adjust going in to set up a better turn, but for finishes, not so sure.

The ideal way to finish any breastroke race is streamlined fully extended head neutral just as you finish a kick
Free, Fly and back are arm driven strokes, *** is leg driven
