I am going to be in Montreal for the next couple of weeks.
I will stay in Hotel Zero 1 - Boulevard René-Lévesque Est, Montreal, QC, Canada.
Could you tell if there is a swimming pool (25m or 50m) around this address where I can go and practice swimming?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but the main Olympic pool is closed for renovations. You can't even check it out right now. The training pool at the Olympic Stadium is open. It is a 2x25 6 lane pool under the bleachers and may not be worth the trip.
Two other options: The closest pool to you is Cegep Vieux Montreal--it has free swim every weekday evening except Monday evening from 5:30-9. It is a salt water pool (50m cut in 2x25m with between 4-14 lanes open for lap swim. The pool is on Saguinet and Ontario St. so about four blocks from the hotel you mentioned.
Another option close by is the pool at the Downtown YMCA on Stanley St. near Peel Metro.
